We're Hiring: PostgreSQL/Oracle DBA  to support our Client  – Onsite in Miami, FL

Are you a seasoned Database Administrator with deep expertise in both PostgreSQL and Oracle? Join our team in Miami, Florida, where your skills in database architecture, performance tuning, and security will make a real impact.

Position: Senior PostgreSQL/Oracle DBA
Location: Onsite – Miami, FL
Type: Full-time (Contract or Direct Hire)

What You’ll Do:

• Install, configure, and manage PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.

• Optimize performance, ensure high availability, and maintain backup/recovery strategies.

• Enforce database security and conduct audits.

• Collaborate with application teams on database design and stored procedures.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of DBA experience.

• 5+ years working with both PostgreSQL and Oracle in a Linux/Unix environment.

• Skilled in SQL, PL/pgSQL, PL/SQL, and automation tools.

• Experience with HA setups, replication, and disaster recovery.
• Logical Database Support
• Physical Database Support.  
• General Application Support .

• Shell scripting proficiency.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S., hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.

• Experience with Oracle 19c Multitenant, MySQL, pgAdmin, or OEM.
